Established Local Contractor is looking for a Sales Manager for our Roofing Sales division. $150k-$180k first year minimum expected income$250-500k year 3-5 with ownership posibility. Summary: We produced over 9million in sales last year. We are expecting to do over 15 million this year!!!
Your day to day responsibility will be to manage a team of 4-5 field Sales Persons. That you will recruit - train & comanage together. You will be responsible for closing all leads, appointments, roof inspections, & maintaining quota requirements for your team at all times.
The team you managed should generate you roughly $300K in gross profits per month. On top of this you will be given every month 25-35 in house warm opt-in leads & scheduled appointments for roofing inspections.
The combination of your personal production & overrides will produce consistently 20-30k per month income for somebody that is sharp in appearance, professional, well seasoned, mature, positive, & hard working.
